Each approved session reserves its duration from your monthly allowance: a 15-minute session reserves 15 minutes. For Ambassador, a 60-minute room reserves 60; a 90-minute room uses the full monthly allowance. Cancelling before the start releases the reserved time. Reconnecting to the same session does not use another booking.
New rooms still default to 30 minutes. You can choose 15 minutes in either format. Gold and Premium offer 15- or 30-minute sessions; Ambassador offers 15, 30, 60 or 90, within the monthly allowance. Choose the duration when opening now or scheduling.
In events with an audience, the maximum includes the host, moderators and speakers. Private tables have a maximum of six people, without an audience. Audience members can listen and raise their hand to speak; the moderator manages speaking turns.
You can hand moderation to another person in the room to continue managing the stage, speaking turns and microphones if you need to leave. Confirm the handover before leaving. Speaking in or moderating another member’s session does not use your own hosting allowance; the booking stays with its organiser.
As Club etiquette, we recommend registering, displaying your name and adding a recognisable profile photo, especially when joining the stage. This builds trust; the photo is guidance rather than an automatic condition for speaking.
Gold allows up to 20 people in total per room; Premium up to 30 and Ambassador up to 50. These capacities apply to events; private tables have six seats. Capacity includes hosts, moderators, speakers and listeners. Private rooms require an invitation or approval; public rooms allow entry through their link, up to capacity.
With an active membership and available allowance, Open now opens your event or private table immediately. For a future date, send a proposal through the calendar; the GLAM team confirms its fit and availability before publishing it. Private tables have six seats and no audience.
Respect speaking turns, mute your microphone when not speaking and ask before sharing another person’s personal information. Recording is not automatic: any recording must be announced and coordinated with GLAM.
